Drop Ticket and e-App... What's the difference?

e-App-Cheat-SheetClient-Prep-GuideThe e-App feature on the First Protective quote engine is a step-by-step tool for completing life insurance applications on-line and "in good order" (or IGO). For you IGO apps mean faster underwriting policy issue! The e-App tool allows you to go through the application process (for participating carriers) with your client, creating an on-line application that is 100% correct and can either be electronically signed by your client or printed on paper forms. This web-based platform is provided by iPipeline, an industry leader in life insurance technology.

The "Drop Ticket" process is a direct connection from First Protective's term quote engine to the carriers' own tele-life system. For carriers offering a Drop Ticket link, you can go directly from quote to their process (for example Banner's AppAssist or Genworth's Life Quick Request) in one easy step. With these systems, you gather basic information from your client and then the carrier call center conducts a phone interview to complete the application process. Drop Ticket systems are ideal for smaller face amount and premium term insurance.

American General

AG Quick TicketSM is an online application and simplified submission process giving producers the power to submit electronic tickets. You will need a user ID and Password to access this system. For assistance getting your credentials, please contact your case manager at First Protective and we will get you set up as well as walk you through using the system. You will need to be pre-approved for the sale of this product. Please contact Ira Jones  (205)268-5630 at First Protective for assistance getting set up with a user ID and password.

Banner Life

AppAssist-Thumb Banner Life's AppAssist Program is designed to make it easy for you to facilitate the sale of high-quality, low-cost term life insurance. The process is simple. The agent completes the brief Request for Life Insurance Review online and submits it to Banner/William Penn. They handle all the remaining tasks from conducting the phone interview and completing the application to ordering any necessary records (APS's, MVR's, Inspection Reports, etc.) and following up on any outstanding requirements.

Genworth

Life Quick Request is an alternative to the traditional life insurance application process that can streamline the application process for you and your clients. If you do not already have a user ID and Password, please contact your First Protective case manager who will assist you in getting set up.

Fidelity Life

Quick Link to Rapid Decision Application

In addition to being appointed with Fidelity Life, you will need to be set up with access to the Rapid Decision Application.

  • Fidelity Life's Agent Site - You will need a user ID and Password (contact your First Protective case manager for assistance) to access the Agent Website where you will have access to pending and paid business information as well as a link to the Rapid Decision Applications. Please note that you will also need to be set up with access to the Rapid Decision on-line application which requires an additional request. You case manager will be happy to assist you with this. Just having access to the website will not give you access to the on-line application.
