AG Quick TicketSM is an online application and simplified submission process giving producers the power to submit electronic tickets. You will need a user ID and Password to access this system. For assistance getting your credentials, please contact your case manager at First Protective and we will get you set up as well as walk you through using the system. Banner Life's AppAssist Program is designed to make it easy for you to facilitate the sale of high-quality, low-cost term life insurance. The process is simple. The agent completes the brief Request for Life Insurance Review online and submits it to Banner/William Penn. They handle all the remaining tasks from conducting the phone interview and completing the application to ordering any necessary records (APS's, MVR's, Inspection Reports, etc.) and following up on any outstanding requirements.

Life Quick Request is an alternative to the traditional life insurance application process that can streamline the application process for you and your clients. If you do not already have a user ID and Password, please contact your First Protective case manager who will assist you in getting set up.

In addition to being appointed with Fidelity Life, you will need to be set up with access to the Rapid Decision Application.

- Fidelity Life's Agent Site - You will need a user ID and Password (contact your First Protective case manager for assistance) to access the Agent Website where you will have access to pending and paid business information as well as a link to the Rapid Decision Applications. Please note that you will also need to be set up with access to the Rapid Decision on-line application which requires an additional request. You case manager will be happy to assist you with this. Just having access to the website will not give you access to the on-line application.
