AIG has made the decision to adhere to the NAIC Replacement Guidelines with no exceptions.  This has caused a delay in their Replacement Department. Cases will not be released to the New Business team until the replacement information is received.  To improve their processing, they have hired 8 new employees in this area. Click HERE for a flyer from AIG with tips for completing replacement forms and applications.
